The first Highgate Debate of season addresses a topic at the centre of current political discussion, in this country and beyond. Director of the Citizen’s Basic Income Trust Dr Malcolm Torry and Economist and author Prof. John Kay argue opposing views on Paying everyone a basic income as a way to tackle Poverty
The Debate is free and open to the general public, as well as HLSI members.
