David Sloman, Chief Executive of the Royal Free Hospital Trust and Chairman of the NHS North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Board
Sir David Sloman has spent his career in health care management mostly in the NHS. He is the chief executive of the Royal Free Foundation Trust having previously run the Whittington and NHS Haringey. Over the last couple of years he has also chaired the North London Sustainability and Transformation team which brings together Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Islington and Camden. The plan to deliver high-performing, clinically and financially sustainable services was published last summer. Sir David will talk about the challenges of his work in the NHS.
