Flex and Stretch*  

Flex and stretch is a fitness class designed to improve flexibility and mobility, which can be impaired by muscular restrictions. The class is mat based, using a series of stretches that target the common most troublesome areas, releasing muscle tension and joint stiffness.  Also includes postural analysis and tips to include in everyday activities. We finish each class with a short period of relaxation.

Fees:                    HLSI members £95 for a 10-week term

                             £68 for 7-week summer term

                            Non-members £120 for a 10-week term

                            £86 for 7-week summer term
